Can the right SEO approach double your traffic in a month?

A startup approached us at the end of January because their web site wasn’t generating search traffic. Despite having a significant amount of publicity at the end of 2009 and early January 2010, no only wasn’t traffic growing, but search traffic was almost non existent. Working together with the Drupal Professionals, we have doubled traffic within one month from 4500 to 9000 visits per month. See the Google Analytics proof below. We expect this trend to continue on this hot growth trend and expand into exponential growth , as the Search Engine Optimization is just now starting to pay off.

Drupal moves to Visionary in the Social Software Magic Quadrant

It’s good news to see Drupal getting more and more main stream recognition. Gartner has added it to it’s Visionary Quadrant.

It is good to see Open Source software showing up well in the Visionary and Ability to execute axises.

Drupal – Don’t forget to implement backup and restore properly

There are some great resources out on the web for backing up and restoring drupal sites. Be sure that you get this configured and running long before you need it. There is nothing worse then needing a backup and not being able to restore it. It could be anything from a module install gone bad, to a server failure.
